Please see the attached document and distribute as necessary. So that you are aware, we are going to schedule a regular amount of downtime on the Antivirus servers and the WSUS servers to apply the latest security updates. This will take place every second Wednesday at 5pm of each month (the day after Microsoft patch Tuesday) for approx 30 mins.
Just a reminder, we have a time server which you can use to synchronise all of your workstations and servers.

Using our WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) servers will ensure the latest updates are pulled to your clients without downloading direct from Microsoft. Setting up a replica server within your network allows you to see what systems on your network are needing updates and which ones have updated at a glance.
